(The "Partnership"), a Panamanian company registered on May 5th, 2011 under the Public Registry No. 398 458 is represented at all times primarily by Clearsky Equity Holding, Inc. the Holding Group promoting the Partnership. The BOD is made up of three of the Holding’s representatives, two external Directors appointed by the Holding plus four representatives to be named from the Partners themselves.
Clearsky Equity Holding, Inc. is a BVI registered Business Company incorporated on March 25th, 2011 under BVI Company Number 1639616, acting as the Holding Group responsible for promoting the structuring and management of OilProne G.E. Partners, Inc.

Engineer from Marquette University (87), 2 Masters degrees from the Univ. of Denver (92, 02), Finance Specialization and a Hydrocarbons Management Diplomat. Executive Vice-President of Clearsky Equity Holdings Inc., and Co-Chairman of OilProne Global Equity Partners, Inc.: Geologist with 35 years of experience, 31 in PDVSA from which he retired in 2007. Manager of the Carabobo Area of the Orinoco Oil Belt and responsible for its reserves certification. Senior Geologist with PDVSA-Bitor/Sinoven, an Extra-Heavy Crude Oil Joint Project with the Chinese National Petroleum Company (CNPC). Throughout his career, He succesfully lead the Stratigraphical evaluation projects of the Eastern Venezuela Basin and the Barinas Basin among others. He has done work with the Department of Reserves at the Venezuelan Petroleum Ministry. Production Geologyst at Meneven and Senior Geologist for many years with Corpoven. He is a PhD in Geology (Stratigraphical / Depositional Systems) from the University of Texas at Austin, and he earned his B.S. and M.S. in Geology from the University of Missouri at Rolla, USA. |
