Future Partners:
Every Investment Unit purchased by our Partners is valued initially at $10,000 each. The total capital of the Partnership is $2 billion divided in 200,000 Shares In order to earn the right to become a Partner, Investors initially buy an Investment Certificate of the Partnership to be held in a Trust account until an identified asset is ready for investment Brokers and Agents: The Company supports part of its marketing efforts on the loyal assistance and advice of the network of Brokers and Authorized Agents working for it. Their goal is to identify among their portfolio of clients potential Partners suited to join us. In return they earn an entry and exit commission to bring those Investors into the company by selling them the Convertible Trust Certificates (“CTC”) and later sell them a given specific project to convert those CTC into a Share of the Partnership. Likewise, our Brokers and Agents are the only vehicle authorized to participate in the secondary market of the Company’s shares that any Partner wants to put up for sale. With every share invested in the Partnership, the funds committed by the Partners are distributed proportionally among all Projects/Assets held in portfolio, in such way that it diversifies the risk and boosts the Investors potential for profit. While funds are held in the Trust, Investors are its own beneficiaries and they can withdraw those funds at any time after the first 30 days in the Trust. At the time an Asset has been identified and negotiated for Investment, the Investor decides whether to exchange his/her Certificate for a valid Partnership Share of equivalent value Generally, Assets for Investment are recommended by an Expert Advisory Committee who runs a technical and economical assessment on the viability of the potential Investment. The Holding promoting the Partnership may also commit its own shares in the identified Investment. Investments may usually run from 5 to 7 years before divesting it in one or more different ways. Dividends and capital gains are possible and they are distributed whenever available on a continuous base. The Board of Directors may also recommend to reinvest part of the profits being obtained from the different projects in portfolio. Partners are free to sell their shares at any time at its market NAV (Net Asset Value)
